

Team Queens is a community based fitness space built for women who want more than just workouts.
We move together, hike together, train together, and grow together.
This is about building strength, confidence, and connection in real life and online. Fitness should feel empowering, supportive, and fun and you never have to do it alone.

Team Queens gives you movement, guidance, and a powerful group of women so fitness feels fun, supportive, and sustainable.
We start with a 1:1 goal-setting call to create a plan built around you. Your goals, lifestyle, schedule, experience level, available equipment, and any injuries or limitations. Whether you train at home or in the gym, your program is designed for real-life consistency and long-term results.
Within 1–2 days, you’ll receive access to your custom workout program through Trainerize, along with your personalized Queens Bible through Google Docs for easy access, guidance, structure, and support.
Each week, you’ll complete a self-guided check-in on your chosen day, with optional progress photos, weigh-ins, and measurements. Your approach can be structured or flexible depending on your goals and lifestyle.
Every month, we’ll do a full progress review, celebrate wins, and adjust your plan to keep you moving forward.
Join Team Queens every Sunday for Weekly meets ranging from easy hikes, coffee walks, and social meetups to more challenging hikes and special events. Show up where you’re at and grow alongside the group
